Hampers - Delivery Policy for Food, Gift, Picnic and Wine Hampers UK DELIVERY (We can also deliver internationally - to EU countries only - please call or email for carriage prices to EU countries.)
Web Hampers are pleased to offer a FREE mainland UK delivery service for its food, gift and wine hampers. This free service takes 2-3 working days from despatch.
For those occasions where speedy delivery of your hamper is of the essence or for those who simply can't wait to get their teeth into our hampers a Next Day service is available for a charge of only £4. (Working Days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays!)
We also offer a Saturday morning delivery service (delivery pre 12 noon) for £19.95.
Hamper Orders for Next Day delivery (or Saturday AM Delivery where Saturday AM has been specified) should be placed by 2pm at the latest to allow time for processing your order, however we will always try to accommodate later requests where possible for next day orders.
NOTE there is a surcharge for offshore United Kingdom, and certain areas of the Highlands and Islands and there may be an additional day or two on the delivery time (please call for details).
As proof that the customer has received a hamper a signature is required. If there is no one at the delivery address, a card will be left asking the intended recipient to contact the carrier company directly and arrange a mutually convenient delivery time. If delivery is unsuccessful a second time, or the customer fails to contact the carrier within 2 days, then the hamper will be returned to Web Hampers and a second charge for delivery may be made at our discretion before the hamper can be despatched again.
Web Hampers will endeavour to despatch all orders on time to ensure delivery in the timescale specified, however we cannot be held responsible for non delivery or delayed delivery due to insufficient or incorrect details submitted by the customer. To avoid any such problem, please make sure all address details are correct and provide a contact telephone number for the recipient so that the carrier can contact them if the need arises.
When a hamper has been received and signed for it will be deemed by Web Hampers that all contents are present. In the unlikely event of any shortfall of the hamper contents please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the hamper and quote the Packing Code located on the Packing List which is included in all of our hampers.
